
Welcome to Long Entry, a refurbished ground-floor apartment situated in the most historic quarter of Lyme Regis. Located on Church Street, you are just a two-minute stroll from the peaceful "back beach"—the very sands where Mary Anning once hunted for world-famous fossils.

Bedroom One: Features a king-size bed, firm mattress, and a hairdryer located in the top cupboard drawer.
Bedroom Two: Features a double bed with a firm, comfortable mattress.
Living Area: A cosy space with a large sofa, a smart TV, a music amp/speaker, and an electric flame-effect fire. We provide a selection of books and games for your entertainment.
Dining & Kitchen: The dining table seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge, ice machine, and cafetieres for your morning coffee. We provide essential condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee) to get your stay started.
Bathroom: A newly refurbished, fresh bathroom featuring a full-sized bath with an overhead shower.
The property enjoys a private entrance and direct access to a communal terrace. Just a few steps up, you’ll find a picnic bench and stunning panoramic views of Lyme Bay. It is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the scenery and the surrounding palm trees.
Parking is famously difficult in Lyme Regis, making Long Entry a rare find.
The Parking Space: We provide a private, off-road parking space free of charge, located just a 5-minute walk away.
Arrival: You can pull up directly outside the property to drop off luggage before moving your car to the dedicated space.
The "No Car" Experience: Once parked, you likely won't need your car again; the Marine Theatre, the Millside area, and the town’s best restaurants and brewery are all just around the corner.
We encourage you to explore the Jurassic Coast! Inside the kitchen cupboard, you will find a fossil hammer—please feel free to borrow it for your obligatory trip to the cliffs.
If you wish to travel further afield without driving, a regular "Explorer" bus route runs along the coast. A day pass allows you to hop on and off at iconic spots like Charmouth, West Bay, Bridport, and Weymouth.
Check-In: Self-check-in is via a secure entrance. You can enter through the terrace gate (please note there are two steps into the property).
Guest Safety: Due to a steep drop in the garden area, we suggest the property is best suited for children below walking age or teenagers/adults.
Pet Policy: To maintain a fresh environment for all guests, we do not accommodate pets.
Beach Towels: We provide all internal linens, but please bring your own towels for the beach.
Access: You have full, private access to the ground-floor flat. An internal door to the communal hallway is for emergency use only (unless prior arrangements are made for elderly guests).
Upon arrival, you will find a Welcome Book on the dining table containing restaurant recommendations, local tips, and clear directions to the parking space.
